Daysail with my nephew, Whites anchorage

Matthew Price aboard again, this time for something bigger: a crossing to the island and a hook down at Whites, tucked into the cove with the hills close overhead. A proper little adventure for him, and a good sail across for both of us.

The lesson came on the way home, when the engine started making trouble in the channel. We sorted it enough to get in, but it went straight onto the list. The boat has a way of picking the return leg to remind you she is forty years old.
